Hi I’ve bought and sold quite a bit on eBay but I just encountered a very unreasonable seller. I bought a picture frame described as BNIB (not sealed). Sounds like he didn't inspect item properly before listing, he probably believes its in perfect condition.

Don't do anything for time being, don't get into arguments, threaten feedback, etc. Just wait and if he doesn't issue the return label by the deadline escalate case to Ebay who will find in your favour under buyers protection.
