ANPR Parking ticket whilst sat in the car

Hi everyone
I just wanted everyone's opinion on this to see if it was worth pursuing.
I recently received a parking ticket from LPS via their ANPR camera for staying 11 minutes without paying.
Ultimately I was lost, and pulled into the safest area, as the high street was congested and had no clear area for me to stop and check my phone navigation. So I pulled into this car park to check my email for the location and Google maps for directions as to where I needed to go. Not once did I leave the car, but obviously ANPR doesn't capture this.
I ultimately sent an email to LPS who have just got back to me to say that the have not dismissed my appeal as I "have failed to park for the duration of my stay".
I'd appreciate if anyone can let me know what to do next, whether to accept the fine or to go down the formal appeal route.
Thanks in advance.

your choice not ours
the accepted "norm" for grace periods are 10 minutes , be it council or private , hence the pcn they issued for exceeding it
the fact that nobody got out of the vehicle is irrelevant, the vehicle was on site for 11 minutes and didnt comply with the rules, so any appeals or court cases are dependant on legal issues and winning on a technicality
we dont know what the legal answers are, we cannot see any evidence to support a win on a technicality, at the moment you do not have all the facts that would decide it in a court of law
we havent seen the signage
we havent seen the NTK
we havent seen the landowner contract
we havent see the ANPR calibration logs
parking companies routinely turn down or reject appeals, so a rejection should have been expected, in future stay off private property unless you have permission, and NEVER stay more than 5 minutes before making a decision to comply or leave, deffo not more than 10 minutes
dawdling costs money0
