  • Thanks to everyone for the replies ... the front door lock has been fixed and a kick will no longer spring the lock. But can a householder demand that such people leave? If they refuse to leave will the police then attend?

    I came back early morning once from a club and there was a middle aged well dressed woman sitting on the stairs, I was quite surprised and was to bongoed to say anything. A few weeks later she was back again and it turned out she was spending a night in each of the nine blocks, even if I hadn't seen her I knew she had been due to a faint whiff of lavender. The managing agents then installed entry hones and locking doors and she was never seen or smelt again.
