car insurance clam

Hello i had a crash on 7/11/18 (no fault) and agreed my compensation on the 15/4/19 They said the other side had 55 days to agree (now 114 days later) but now my solicitor is saying that the Third Party are failing to negotiate with regards to Physiotherapy and Hire Charges. but they have agreed to my compensation but still no payment can they do this

    yes, did you take the mick with a credit hire firm with a car of higher spec / did you not need etc?
    Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

    No i had a volvo v40 and got a bmw 1 series and had it about 5 week one week past them paying me for the car

    For the last 6 weeks she has been saying a couple of week what is the maximum they can keep my payment as they have agreed my payment but have not realest it

    Put some pressure on your solicitor to answer your question and get you paid.
