Leasehold Insurance

Hi all,
My wife and I live in a bungalow, one of 40 on a leasehold development. We pay a yearly service charge part of which covers building maintenance insurance. We therefore only have contents insurance.
We recently build a conservatory with the leaseholders permission who stipulated that we must provide the insurance.
Our problem is we're unable to find any company who will insure just our conservatory.
Has anybody experienced a similar problem and possibly knows the answer?
Any help would be very much appreciated.
