    Because it doesn't sound so big/deep and probably easy to replace? I may be wrong though - is it all under grass?

    It's around 100ft long, 50ft runs through my property. Awaiting plans from council, as to whether it runs under my drive, otherwise its all under grass.

    I do not think its a hugely expensive job to make a much bigger culvert....but if its 100ft long and 50ft in your property it probably makes sense to get the other owner to replace it at same time as yours?
