Strange bidding activity on item

OK - I get it now... Starting Price is £5; UK bids max of £100; Dodgy bids £90 to cut any possibility of a £50 bid then pulls it so the selling price falls back to £5.I think how it works is initial bidder puts a high bid in to secure the item and then the bid shielders put in lower bids but cancel them before the item finishes allowing the original bidder to pick up the item at the lowest price .
Glad you got a proper result in the end.Auction ended last night and had a couple of bidders come in at the end which was more like I expected.I need to think of something new here...0 -
