helps as it removes very safely all temporary files attached when on the web.
Used it for years it's free and I get very little spam. Makes computer run faster due to removing dross.
If you download and use it make sure you untick the box for 'forms' as it will remove any saved form filling as well unless you do.
PS I am nothing to do with them just found it very useful and also not had to use ad aware since downloading this one.
hope this is useful to some one.
I run it every time I come off the computer and sometimes off the web if I am suspicious about something.

I get the Asda vouchers ones too mainly at weekends. Also been getting Tesco & John Lewis ones too lately....all are for $150 of vouchers. Getting a lot of iPhone ones too plus the usualy lottery ones :mad:0
