Quick Question Regarding Appeal Timescale

I received a PCN in April and the company went through DVLA to get my details. As advised on here (yes I have read the stickies!) I have ignored their Debt Collector letters issued by a different (but not so separate) company. I'm now on my third letter. The latest letters says I have 7 days to pay from the date of the letter but doesn't even have a date on it :rotfl:
However I appealed to the parking company on 28th June and have heard nothing back, other than receiving two further chase letters from the debt collectors since. Do they have a timescale to reply? Or can they just indefinitely ignore my appeal without issuing a popla code?

They have 6 years to start legal proceedings against you
After that period all debt collectors letters should cease (assuming that they don't win in court - if they do then they have another six years to enforce the court orders0 -
Advice I have seen on the forum is to complain to the BPA (assuming the PPC is a BPA member - you don't say who the PPC is) and state that they are chasing your for debt whilst the issue is still at appeal. I believe PPCs have 35 days to answer your appeal. If you appealed by e-mail, check your spam box. Advice for you in the NEWBIE sticky - post # 4 - about ignoring debt collectors.0
