PPI and bankruptcy

Hi
I haven't claimed PPI yet as I was told that because I went bankrupt it would go to the insolvency people but I do have a question about it!
I went bankrupt because I was having health problems and was having to have lots of operations that needed time off etc so I couldn't guarantee that I would be getting a regular income and be able to pay my bills.
My query is where do I stand with this as it was a pre-existing condition that obviously wasn't covered by the PPI in the first place so therefore because I couldn't pay it and wasn't covered by PPI I went bankrupt. If the PPI would have paid out I wouldn't have had to go bankrupt if that makes sense!
Many Thanks

Any redress will go to the OR.
They need to be the ones to make the complaint, if any.0 -

It doesn't matter how or why the PPI was mis-sold nor whether being able to claim on the PPI could have potentially saved you from Bankruptcy.
The fact is that you were bankrupted and that precludes you from even making a PPI complaint, let alone benefiting personally from such.0
