Ive got as far as keying in all debt. Is there anyway that allows notes or somewhere to write more information? Or just boxes and questions the whole way through?
Also double tripple checking.... If i miss any debt out i will be covered for debt from the bankruptcy granted date and prior even if NOT on form.... Right????

The OR is not really concerned about why you want to go bankrupt, its basically a box ticking excercise, any questions they have for you will be discussed in the phone call once bankrupcy has been granted.
