Natwest PPI complaint not logged

Just wanted to say this in case anyone else has done the same and is still waiting.

I submitted a PPI complaint to Natwest around 11 weeks ago via a form on their website (Natwest.com).

Having not heard anything I've just phoned them to check and they said that no complaint had been logged, so I've just logged one over the phone and got a reference number this time.

I have a screenshot from their website when I submitted the original complaint telling me the complaint was registered so I know I'm not imagining that.

You waited far too long for an acknowledgement. It's usual for the acknowledgement to arrive within the first two weeks after complaint. Any longer and it has likely not been received.

The Bank are allowed eight weeks to consider your complaint...
