clearly i was in a rush parked in the motorcyle bay my fault i agree
i read the newbies thread it is quite lengthy, but ffrom what i gathered is that we should appeal as a keeper
my question is is that I have now got a second letter asking for who was driving and paying within 28 days
in SHORT
shall I just ignore it...reason I am hesitant is that I did park in the motorcycle bay

Ignore the phishing letter for driver identification, you should get a POPLA code in due course. Come back here then
Start preparing for your POPLA appeal by reading the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #3.
Why take any risk in any private car park must surely be getting hammered into the UK motorist's psyche by now? Parking a car in a motorbike bay adds further risk of a leather-jacketed grump giving your door panel a kick! Presumably the disabled bays were full? :cool:Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

UKPC are fraudsters, read this and be sure to bring it to the attention of the judge if they take you to court, (which is not too unlikely).

Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams so consider complaining to your MP.
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.
Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
