Did Ocean Credit Card come from Citi or Virgin?

Hi all,
Looking at my PPI claims before it's too late.
I had both a Citi and a Virgin credit card about two years ago. If memory serves me right one of these were "bought" by another company and I think it was Ocean.
Does anyone know if this is correct?

I had both a Citi and a Virgin credit card about two years ago.
You won't have had PPI on such recent finance. Or is that a typo?
Banks stopped offering PPI on loans and credit cards around ten years ago, so it doesn't matter if there was a takeover and any further research on your part is simply a waste of time...0
