Being Charged on a closed BARCLAY CARD account

****HELP**** I have been having a nightmare with BC, I closed my account in March with and recieved my zero balance, then, unknown to me a standing order went from the account in May. I then in August recieved a bill with 2 months fines. I called in complained and they said that I have to pay the £7.75 and they will zero the account, they didn't and I got another bill in september, so again I called in they appologised and then stated that they would zero it again, another bill in October, theres a pattern!, did the same again, they agreed to zero it, it has now happended again in November, they have now said that they are going to zero it again, this time I have got all of the reference details for the BC agent and his manager. What I am most worried about is my credit rating does anyone have any ideas. PS Glad to see everything is back to normal after the DDOS attack, hmmm I wonder who that was?
