Petrol! Duh, of course! to me it is just wrong - it is technically overpaying, and all those many millions of fractions of a penny all add up, and who benefits? I remember was it Superman 2 or 3 where Richard Pryor stars as a computer whiz - he found out about all those little fractions of pennies floating around the system and the next day came to work in a brand new Ferrari, which brought him and his skills to the attention of the villainous Robert Vaughan, but anyway!


I'm pretty sure the waste company are the ones at fault - They sent us unpaid invoices going back only to last spring - we have been paying the other company for 6 years. I don't know if something went wrong or if the waste company are just pushing it.


Thank you all so much for your help. I'm off for 2 weeks now so will catch up with this saga when I return.
