Management company charges £240 admin fee for management pack

Hello

Can anyone tell me if it is normal to be charged £240 as an admin fee (they said they cannot break down the cost) for a management pack to be given to my solicitor which answers questions in relation to me selling my flat.

My management company are pretty expensive as I currently pay £95 per month for communal areas to be cleaned (it has 3 floors), communal windows (not mine) to be cleaned, garden to me maintained and building insurance. I feel like they are just squeezing more money out of me.

What do you think?
Thanks

Its a fee they can choose to charge.

Ive seen some packs to be in the £400+ bracket so yours whilst expensive is not uncommon.

I think that £240 is below the average, so nothing to worry about.

I had to pay £210 last year, so not beyond the realms. My management fee was £120/month for much the same services as well so yours isn't too bad in comparison!

I think you're lucky - mine was £340! And we have had years of poor service, incorrect charges and general mismanagement.
