Parking over the bay

I parked in a parking bay with my disabled badge displayed. As I reversed into the bay my car was still over the bay so when i got out to check the car in the bay behind had parked partially over my bay. Please see photos. I think this ticket was unfair and have appealed but it has been rejected, should I pay or appeal again?

I am unable to add the images as a new user, how can I add them please?0

1) Everyone is advised never to reveal who was driving
2) You look to have used your real name in your post
Edit your post to remove details of who was driving and remove that name0 -
Council or private ?
If private, name the parking company0 -
TBH we don't need to see pictures at this point. The more important thing is who issued this ticket?0

The council0
