BT / Quidco - How often do the offers come around?

I've put my notice in with Virgin and reckon with all of BT's offers (cashback card, quidco, free xbox) I can save a fair wedge of money. Trade off being a reduction in internet speed from 200mbps to 38 but that's a matter for another day.
Anyway, Quidco currently states that the offer ends in 2 days. Wondering whether to put the order through now (with a start date at the end of August) or if these deals are DFS-esque and will reappear in two days?
Any experience?

If it helps anyone else, it seems the cashback card has grown to £70 but the XBOX has gone and the Quidco has remained the same.0
