  • You mention a final resolution letter, does this mean your bank has refused to consider this a DD indemnity matter and you've complained?

  • they've told me to contact the merchant themselves in the final letter.... once ive done that and ive received email correspondence or a letter correspondence from the merchant, that I should forward it onto my bank and they will look into it further....


    im not doing all of that because that's not the process, so thus I have forwarded it onto FOS
  • Near enough two weeks have gone by since I sent the complaint to FOS. The wait is on.
