Santander Statement of Fees

I received an email from Santander this morning with the following.

Please action: You have a new important document in Online Banking

Please log on to your Online Banking, as you have a new important document to read.

They relate to your:

■ Statement of Fees ending in xxxx.

However I am not able to download the PDF. There was also a new current account statement there and I was able to download this.

Has anyone else experienced anything similar on Santander recently?

Yes I have had the same but on speaking to Santander they know there is a problem regarding the fee statment which they are looking into. They say we may get another e-mail in the next couple of days.
