Lease car - Parking fine - tricky situation

Good morning all,
I know there is a very thorough guide on what to do to appeal a parking fine, but I have a slightly different situation.
On 8th July my wife parked on a private pay and display car park. She paid for 3 hours but was slightly over.
Last week I received an email from Arval, the lease company, saying they'd received a fine from the car park company issued on 15th July. They had given the company my address to reissue. But I've heard nothing from Premier Park themselves yet...
What should I do? I'm aware of the fine as arval told me, but I've heard nothing from Premier Park themselves. I'm worried it's been lost in the post and I'll get in a spot of bother if I miss the appeal.
Just hoping for some guidance please.
Thank you

You wait for premier to send you the nth, the longer they take, the more likely that they may mess up, don't be so impatient0

It is not a fine. It is an invoice form the PPC for the damage they allege they suffered when you wife did what she dis. If the hire company have used the "F" word disabuse them immediately.
Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams so consider complaining to your MP.
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.
Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
