Car damaged while left in car park.

My car was damaged in an airport car park ( care parks -Toad park) in Manchester as they drove it to meet me at, nice surprise at midnight after holiday. They said they would sort the damage, however 10 days on numerous calls and unanswered emails, im no further on. I have therefore had to go through my insurer. I dont have legal protection. I was wondering if I can claim the excess back im having to pay and my loss of no claims bonus. Also any time spent on the phone/emails trying to sort it out? They have not yet formally accepted liability but i have camera footage of it happening.
