    As I said previously I am no expert on hobs...I only have 1 in one of my properties and its fairly new so no cracking or even scratching yet to it....I do use hob brite for cleaning it and that will certainly remove those rings you have on it.

    I cant really see from the pics whether its actual cracking or scratches so I hope someone more knowledgeable can assist with that part of your answer
