Hi
I have a tenant moving in next week. Ive got all the electrical checks sorted and required certificates. I now need to do a legionella risk assessment. Does anyone know a good template to download and follow?
Thanks

Have a look at the government health and safety website, there’s tons of information about legionella and your responsibilities

Whilst as a landlord you have a requirement to safeguard your tenants there isn't any legal requirement to carry out any legionella testing.
Just stating and not endorsing whether or not to carry out any testing0 -

Ah! Is it not a legal requirement? I thought it was!
I would like to do some legionella testing for my own peace of mind.0 -
I understand your desire to perhaps "do things correctly"...but can I ask do you do a legionella test on the water in your own property?
What type of property are you testing on...?
I'm a LL and don't routinely check however I am aware that the management company to whom I pay service charges to on one leasehold property do undertake an annual review of the complex,so if you are a leaseholder it mat be worth checking if a similar task is undertaken already on your behalf.in S 38 T 2 F 50
