Old PPI + CCJ

Hiya,
Approx 18 years ago I had loans with Alliance & Leicester and if I’m honest I’m unsure whether I had PPI.
Move forward to 2007 and I was given a CCJ with Santander on some car finance which has subsequently expired because of the 6 years but was never settled.
Is it worth putting in a claim with Santander for any A&L PPI as I’m unsure as to whether they will pull the CCJ back up.
Cheers!

No. Any redress will go to the unpaid debt.0

Hi,
So I forgot to mention something here... The timeline is as follows:
Approx 18yrs ago I had A&L loans
2007 CCJ
2019 Santander have given me a mortgage
Surely, if the CCJ was an issue that would have been declined?0 -
