What this does tell us is that you need to be very careful how you word any Defence or Witness Statement (should a court claim follow). If you get to that stage, come back here so people can critique your defence and WS. (We won't write it for you, but we'll help you fine-tune it).

A lot of how to deal with this is lining everything up, so you know exactly what is what.

    you said this:
I am the leaseholder of this flat, so the landlord. When I got this fine, I sent an email to the landlord, they suggested to appeal to POPLA

Which means what exactly? If you are the landlord, then did you send an email to yourself?

The parking company emailed you part of something they have lead you to believe is the lease, is it?

    Easements, Rights and Privileges:
    - The right to park one roadworthy taxed and insured private motor car or motor cycle in the parking space shown edged blue on the attached Plan B (if any).
Is the above in the same document?

something here doesn't smell right, and it looks like you are being led up the garden path

I think the issue may be around the parking space being purchased separately from the flat - and the space being leased from a landowner/freeholder. This seemed to be where the thread was going earlier and the OP looked to have confirmed this in #12

It's not something that I, personally, have come across before. Maybe someone else has?
