Don't touch them with a barge pole! Horrendous experience with them. When I switched it took them 3 months to send a final bill (my emails were ignored and my calls not actioned). They claimed the delay was due to them having only the gas reading and not the electricity reading which I don't believe because the new supplier had both) and then, when I got a final bill which showed a significant refund, I wrote to them after 2 weeks chasing the refund and no response. When I called them after waiting 3 weeks they said the process was that I was to call them and request a refund! Nowhere was this mentioned on the final bill and no-one I spoke to instructed me as such. They claimed to have called me on 11 July to ask me if I wanted a refund but the missed call did not show in my call list. Draw your own conclusions! Appalling.
