ppi confusion

Hi! i know i am very late!
I am trying to do this myself but i am v confused....when i've looked at what companies are asking for to check for PPI for you they want details of your bank/credit card/mortgage/store card accounts...but when i've looked at the MSE tool its only asking for one account and only for mis sold PPI (as does most of the template letters on google). Does these template letters/MSE tool check for unfair overdraft/account charges also?? As the companies seem to be offering to do this on your behalf and it seems sooooo much easier? Sorry if this is a bit confusing lol

Go to the websites of the companies you want to complain to and complain direct. That is all the claims companies do.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0

No. Because you haven't been able to do that since 2009 (after the banks won the supreme court case).0 -
Complaining about PPI is totally unrelated to any issues you may believe you have with Bank Charges.is it a separate issue altogether for unfair bank charges?
The only bank charges refunded nowadays are those which the bank decide to refund to alleviate current financial hardship. Such refunds are a goodwill gesture and are not historical, so there is no point trying to "check" for unfair charges...
Sorry.0 -
As you are a bankrupt, any attempt to recoup mis-sold PPI is utterly futile I'm afraid. Any redress from a PPI complaint is a pre-bankruptcy asset which belongs solely to the Official Receiver for redistribution to your former creditors. This will remain the situation forever, so it doesn't matter that you were bankrupted five years ago.Hi! i know i am very late!

Again, sorry.
Myself and my husband were discharged from our bankruptcy in December 2014.0 -
Well that simplifies things. Thank you0
