Barclaycard & Barclayloan !?!

Hi, I have recently found out I had PPI on my barclaycard Visa and 2 barclayloans.

The barclaycard visa letter said that I had the PPI, however it also said I wouldn't necessarily get a refund. I dont understand this, could someone please explain? Thanks

Have you made a mis selling complaint?

It's correct that you don't necessarily get a refund. You need to have been mis sold.

I have made a complaint. I don't know about the PPI on the credit card and loan at all. I now have also made a complaint about the Barclayloan as the account seems to have changed the course of loan. one policy ended on the same day as the policy begun.

You need to allow them to investigate. If you were mis sold, you'll get a refund.

If you pay of everything you owe each month on a credit card, no ppi would have been applied.

I didnt pay everything off each month. Ive just spoken to Barclays (after waiting on hold for 1 hour) and they have told me that they are still investigating and one of the account is getting a pay out.

Then if you were charged any credit card PPI, it would be shown and itemised separately on the monthly statement(s).
