Hi Ya chums a bit damper today but nice to have a bit of a respite from the heat, and the air feels fresher as well Just had to pop into Asdas to get a couple of double fitted sheets for DGS Ben as he is flying the nest this Thursday to house share with pals in London.

Redruby I do feel for you I only had it mildly once and orthopedic insoles sorted me out eventually but its a dreadful condition akin to walking on ground glass.

My youngest DD developed it after doing several long charity walks and after two years of all sorts of treatments ,none of which worked she ended up having the operation ,which eventually fixed it.But she is very mindful of looking after her trotters now .

Just about to make DGS Mikey some lunch as the other two boys are at their summer jobs and DGS Ben is in London signing his rental agreement with his pals

Hope everyone has a good Monday, I did a small wash this morning but put it on the airer in the conservatory to dry as I am at Dds all day today

Have a good one ,what ever you are getting up to enjoy :)

    JackieO xx

REDRUBY my friend suffered badly with Plantar Fascilitis and last winter she was told about Dr Sock Soothers. She ordered some from the 'net and couldn't believe how much they improved the painful condition. They might be worth a try though it's hardly the weather for wearing compression socks just now unfortunately. x

Thank you for this I will have a look at them online xx

Taff I wear fitflops all the time I even bought a pair of their boots which are really comfortable but eye wateringly expensive, tbh any cost would be worth it if it stopped the pain.

Thanks for all the good wishes did not get a moment to phone the Doc today so will do tomorrow xx

redruby I've had this but I think to a lesser extent. It was horrible for months, then eased slowly and I hope you will be more comfortable soon.

My day has been taken up by work, least said soonest mended
I was jumping to conclusions and one of them jumped back
