Asking for someone who can't find an answer online -
They were due a UC Statement yesterday, but it has yet to show?
Any ideas why, or when it will likely show.

It wont update at a weekend. They should call them tomorrow if it isn't showing.0

I am presuming the payment due date is Thursday or Friday. If so, the statement should be showing by Tuesday evening.
Some statements have to be manually added and it can be about 3 days before the payment due date, before a statement can be viewed.
If not showing by Tuesday evening, give them a phone call.The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.0
