Currently, Tipton & Coseley BS - is offering 2.6% AER variable (or a higher 2.95% if you live in B, DY, WS or WV postcodes).
Since I live in B, I will get 2.95%.
Can I transfer from Barclays Help to Buy ISA (2.5%) to Tipton & Coseley BS (2.95%)?

If you go into the page about ISA'S then 'How do I open and manage my account?' on their website it does say that transfers in are NOT allowed.
It looks like you can only open one help to buy ISA anyway.0 -

It said "Transfers in from other ISA providers are not accepted."
So Help to Buy ISA Barclays is not allow to transfer.
I was thinking Help to Buy ISA rules is determined by Help to buy ISA and not the bank/building society.0 -
They must follow the ISA rules, but are free to set their own terms and conditions beyond that. There is no rule requiring them to accept transfers.alandaniel132 wrote: »I was thinking Help to Buy ISA rules is determined by Help to buy ISA and not the bank/building society.0 -

The way I read it you are allowed to have one HTB ISA (I could be wrong) so you have one so are not allowed to have another one with anybody else?0 -

Not worth doing it, forget about Tipton!
