I think things are really looking up for you. You've got your degree now (I hope). All your defaults are dropping off of your files. And with a good broker, you should be able to get yourself a mortgage too... Happy days...

I have 14 payday loans on the closed section of my credit report
On Friday I was approved for my mortgage with Nationwide on their lowest percentage
I had 65% LTV0 -
