I'm debating changing suppliers having never changed so far. We are in credit for both gas & electricity with powergen though. Anyone had problems getting this refunded?

Once they have produced your final bills, it should be plain sailing.
If you don't get a refund within 14 days, send them an email asking for it and wait another 14 days.:rotfl: It's better to live 1 year as a tiger than a lifetime as a worm...but then, whoever heard of a wormskin rug!!!:rotfl:0
