Leaving powergen - credit refunds?

I'm debating changing suppliers having never changed so far. We are in credit for both gas & electricity with powergen though. Anyone had problems getting this refunded?

Thanks

Once they have produced your final bills, it should be plain sailing.

If you don't get a refund within 14 days, send them an email asking for it and wait another 14 days.
