old mortgage account of my parents

this is a old mortgage account my parents had in the 1970-80s and i found some old papers on this mortgage i am sure it was miss sold as i remember them talking about this years ago can i claim on this my parents pass away in 1987 the bank was birmingham and bridgwater which is now midshires i have been told any info would be most welcome

Your parents died thirty plus years ago
There will therefore be no record of any of their finances..0
