ESA and Moving In With A Partner

Hello! Hope everyone is well.
I've currently been on contribution ESA for just under a year now due to several mental health issues. I am in the support group and haven't been told to participate in looking for work. I'm getting alot of help and so grateful for everyone that has helped... But as a person with BPD and agarophobia, I'm looking to take the next step in my recovery and it's getting out of the environment I'm in and move in with my partner.
So, I have a few questions in regards to this situation.
One, I just want to confirm that people online are right... As I'm in the support group, will I be taken off ESA after the 365 or will I continue to receive until I get back into work?
Secondly, as I'm in the support group and on contribution ESA, would moving in with my partner effect my benefits? He works full time (around 40 hours a week) but on minimum wage.
And lastly, after the 365 day of being on contribution ESA, will my benefits stop and if they do, what would I apply for?
Many thanks for all replies!

Your ESA will remain unchanged at the moment. If you are reassessed and put into the work-related group then your benefit will stop0

If it's the old Contributions based ESA do you have an Income Related top up? If you receive more than £111.65 per week then you're claiming the old Contributions based with the Income related top up. The top up will be affected if you move in with your partner and this part will stop. The Contributions based is not affected by your partners earning and is paid for as long as you remain in the group because it's not time limited to 365 days.
Do you receive help with your rent from housing benefit and do you claim council tax reduction? If you do then both of these will be affected and you'll need to report the changes to your local council.0
