Ex won't sigh TR1

Hi
I've been through court for divorce proceedings and within that my ex was supposed to sign the forms to have his name removed from the deeds, if he did not do this I could take it back to court to have a judge sign the forms. My ex has refused so I will need to go back to court, however I don't know what form to complete to apply to court to ask the judge to sign as the court proceedings are all now finalised. Does anyone know please?
Thank you

I have no experience of it myself but some posters on here recommend wikivorce.0

The order you are seeking is "Execution of Documents by a Nominated Person".
I don't know how you apply to the courts for such an order (or what the costs are), but a divorce solicitor will.
I think the form might be D11 and the fee £155 since you need to give notice to your Ex (I think the order you are seeking is covered by Part 18 of the Family Procedure Rules.)
You need to provide evidence of the fact that you have facilitated your ex signing the form and that he has not done so. If you have any evidence the he is behaving willfully, provide this to the court. You should probably ask the court to enforce him paying the cost of your application. No idea what form/procedure you should follow, but again a divorce solicitor should be able to advice.
Have you considered other ways to get his to sign, such as intimating that you won't pay the mortgage so that he will end up with a CCJ against his name? Or told him that if you have to apply to the court for an order, you will also apply for enforcement of the court fee against him?The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.0 -
I found the admin people at the Court office quite helpful re forms and stuff.0

The court officials will not give legal advice.
But they will advise on proocedure. Ask them what form to complete.0
