I’ll make this as brief as possible
I’m claiming universal credit £230-250* a month
•What changes when you’re on a sick note?
•When do the 3 “strikes” of acceptable absences expire/reset for missed appointments?
•Mt partner spoke about my situation on phone to someone from job centre and he said I should get continued sick notes then they will end up calling me in for a meeting and give me a little extra money and not be expected to find work.. what is he referring to and is there anything I should know?

A fit/sick note doesn't automatically entitle you to limited capability for work (LCW) it totally depends on your work coach what is expected of you and you need to check your online journal, for what needs to be done.DrowningDolphin wrote: »I’ll make this as brief as possible

Can't help with the missed appointments i'm afraid.
As you're sending in fit notes then you'll be referred for a work capability assessment (WCA). Once this is done you'll receive a WCA form. This needs to be filled in and returned with all your evidence by the date stated.
Once that's received you'll most likely have to attend a WCA face to face assessment with the health assessment provider. They will ask you questions based on your ability to do any type of work and they will want to know how your conditions affect you.
Once this is complete an assessment report is then returned to DWP and a decision maker will make a decision based on that report and the decision will either be LCW, LCWRA or fit for work. If your decision is LCWRA then you'll receive an extra £336 per month from the 4th month of your claim, from when you sent in your first fit note.
You mention a partner, are you living together?
This link will tell you what the WCA is about. It states it's for ESA but the process is exactly the same.
