So I passed the eligibility check and they guarantee I will be accepted.
However, what other forms of ID would they accept as my passport is ridiculously out of date and I dont drive so I have no photo ID. Are these 2 things my only option or would they accept any non photo ID documents?
Don't want to start the actual application until I'm sure I have the correct documents

Why are they asking for additional ID?
That’s not a usual process for them0 -
I received the eligibility check success email and it had a pic of a 3 step process
1. Submit application
2. Verify ID
3. Wait for card to be delivered (can't remember exact wording)
I google the ID verify bit can only find info from other countries and not the uk0 -
Financial institutions only ask for ID if they are unable to verify you electronically.
How long have you been on the electoral roll at your current address?Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0 -
Current address less than a year so i provided previous address when they asked for it0

So, no photo ID no approval?0

Verify ID usually means that they will see whether what you've told them on your application matches with the credit reference agencies such as equifax and experian. If you're on there, and on the electoral roll - you should pass that step without needing to photocopy your old out of date passport0

Applied and it immediately asked for additional I.D from a list. So I sent a HMRC letter with my National Insurance Number and tax code on it which it said they accept.
It should inform you of this list before you apply so people know if they have them available or not before applying.
It was the only document I had, luckily, or I would have failed the application0 -
Most cases they don't actually ask for ID though - mine didn't - and I have a very poor history in a particular year. The main thing is you did have what they needed, so I'm sure all will be fine. If you hadn't had what was on their list, I'm sure with a quick phone call you'd have worked something out. It's not something worth getting too worried about - keep us updated as to how you get on0

Got acceptance email today with a very low starting limit (doesn't bother me as only using it to build credit score & report) Like for example, use it for my weekly shop then immediately pay it off
Should receive card in a few days.0
