I have spent a week trying to understand ppi claims and none of it makes any sense to me so I am giving up
if I am owed money back I wont get it and they just win after all
it is all just to confusing contntry to what the FCA as says you cant just type in your data of birth and address and see if you is owed money back
you have to chose which ones to send to and there's no way of looking it up
and then theres all that about it only allowed in some dates but no clear informatoon about which dates
and you might have had it without knowing but need to know u dindt know so you can send form to right people
and stupid comments about if they told you I needed it for loan that is misell but only if they didnt mean it when they said it
and finlly despite FCA ad showing now say deadline is end august its already too late because they are allowed 8 weeks to reply.when you ask and can then say no you are too late now
So sod it all
no point for people like me who dint have good paper work even trying
neither fca or mse gives good clear instructions

I had no paperwork but I knew I was missold on my first ever loan I had, luckily the bank had information from 2001 so we're able to look into my complaint and have upheld it.
If you know who you and PPI with you complain directly to the organisation.
If you can't remember who you had PPI with then you are stabbing in the dark.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0 -

I think you should give up too if you don't understand simple instructions. You can claim right up to midnight on the last day before you would be "too late" Thousands of people have received millions of pounds so it can't be that difficult can it ?0
