    Email a SAR to the DPO at OPS to get all the documents and pictures and data about you and your vehicle, especially a copy of the missing items, attaching a copy of the V5C as proof of ID under the GDPR law

    Do not use a phone to deal with any of these issues

    It means you won't be waiting until 2 weeks before your court date to see most of their evidence

    It also makes them work for a living, plus if they fail GDPR you can report them to the ICO

    Plus any unreasonableness on their part can be reported to the judge and they may award you damages because of it

    Learn the game if you want help, we don't tell you these things for nothing

    You need as much evidence as possible as soon as possible to fight them, because OPS take people to court
