No window in Bathroom - offer

Our en suite bathroom doesn't have a window and is no problem, we had to have a fan in there though. It's more or less in the middle of our downstairs.0

We lived in a basic 2 up, 2 down terrace with an internal bathroom for 13 years - couple and 2 young children so lots of baths/showers. The extractor worked when the lights were turned on and ran on afterwards. No problems at all, although the subsequent owners sacrificed a bedroom to install a bathroom with a window.0

'Fraid it was on a Pinterest page that came through to me of loft conversion rooms and I've deleted it since checking it out.0 -

I can't believe that not having a window needs to affect value at all in this century.0
