uswtich - switch gone cold
I started a switch to EDF on Jul 15, via uswitch.
I am already an EDF customer.
This was the only way I could get this deal.
It's gone quiet, like its been cancelled.
Any clues on the way forward?
I've had no emails from EDF so maybe uswtich haven't put it thru?
Well apart from a discount code on Fri, Jul 26, so maybe they did receive it.
EDIT
After a complaint. It eventually went thru on 17 Sept (backdated)
27th had a phone call from them. The elec tariff seam to have fallen off and they added it again. The boss man this time
