Faulty tech items from Music Magpie?

I am wondering has anyone else had any issues with items purchased from Music Magpie? I have bought 3 items and all 3 have been faulty.
Bought a very good condition iPhone 7, Battery health when I got it was 82% and the battery wouldn't last a day, within 2 weeks it was at 79%, I returned it as faulty.
Just last week bought a "Pristine" iPhone SE, It looks like new, 100% battery health, and when I check the battery on my computer it has no charge cycles meaning its brand new or at least the battery is. The problem being it turns off once the battery gets to 30%, I am also only getting 1hr 45mins screen time.
With the se I bought a very good condition apple watch S2. It should take about 2hrs to fully charge this, it takes over 2hrs to get to 50%, full charge takes over 4hrs.
I really don't think these guys check anything. Have I just been unlucky?

Yeah I know they do, I'd rather be able to fix the issues myself if I could. I'll have no problem getting a refund but its the hassle of it all.0
