When I try and sent emails via my Email programme Im getting a message saying '550 relay not permitted' I havent changed any settings in my email, I can send mail if I go through my webbased page & oddly enough its allowing me to bounce emails no problem, just not send them
Can anyone offer any suggestions on how I fix it?

Check the SMTP settings in your email account settings. This can happen if the smtp server in your account setting doesn't match your ISP. The other possibility is if your 'from' address does not match your smtp address. In other words, if your smtp server is mail.aaaa.com and your 'from' address is [EMAIL="me@bbbb.com"]me@bbbb.com[/EMAIL].0
