Many, many thanks to all the contributors to this thread. I have felt overwhelmed and stressed by the whole fiasco but, the advice here has been invaluable. Finally, after many unanswered emails and useless phone calls, my shares have been transferred. Phew!
All I need to do now, is to ensure that my account at ITI is closed, I have no intention of paying any custody fees as, strangely, my dashboard is still showing my shares. I have emailed account management instructing them to close the account. Do I need to do anything else please?1 -

Three 5 star reviews for ITI Capital were posted yesterday on Trustpilot by 3 people for whom it is apparently their first Trustpilot review - quite literally unbelievable. This is surely a scam by a company who continue to prove that they cannot be trusted.
How does "the service I have received has been phenomenal" sound? Another statement which makes my blood boil is "The platform is slick, insightful and easy to use."
We all know that their service is zero star.0 -
maybe they've shoved enough money in to become a valued customer (i.e. not one thats requesting a transfer) and is a managed account in the hands of a broker....0

Hi all, I am still trying get get ITI to increase the 100 pounds compensation they offered 3 months ago. I am waiting for our old friends at Fin Ombudsman FOS to move things along. Has anyone else had success in getting more than 100 from ITI ?0
