  • All,
Keep the faith. My ii transfer has happened (again). First time I was in this position all my shares vanished back out from my ii account the following day when it turned out ITI Capital couldn't complete on the arranged date.
    Fingers crossed they stay transferred.....
I do reserve the right to come back here to rant later.
May tempt fate and see if anything has happened with my iWeb transfer.
    Could I be lucky twice?
    Whisper it quietly.....
My shares are still in my ii account.
iWeb - no sign of transfer.

Take comfort in the fact that the process will gain traction as a consequence. .

I'm still with you !! I haven't quite lost the will to live but think it's fast coming.  Final iWeb transfer was scheduled for 2 December but hey ho dates didn't match (whatever that might mean!!!!) so back to the drawing board.  Also sent email re. delisted Aim shares languishing in a Qort account but don't expect any answer this side of Christmas (I hesitate to add a year to that). Three complaint letters (on top of all the previous ones) sent in November so we will see what response, if any, comes forth in January.

Likewise. ITIC still failing to yield any cash.
As an aside - Companies House is still not showing their 2019 accounts.

@Jen, just did some online chat with iWeb. They get transfers periodically in bulk from ITI. They are due one shortly. They have no idea whose accounts may or may not be in the bulk move. It does not happen every week, so anticipate a continuing wait.

It has been 2 months and still nothing re: my transfer request to Interactive Investor.
I have sent numerous emails to ITI account management even threatening legal action, Financial Ombudsman, Police etc etc.
    Not a single reply.
A TOTAL DISGRACE OF A COMPANY. FCA SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN ALSO - DID THEY TAKE MONEY FROM ITI FOR CHOOSING SUCH A !!!!!! COMPANY???
  • Tell the FCA.
Make a complaint to the FOS
Write to the Compliance Department of ITI
At a pinch complain to the London Stock Exchange
Complain to your new broker... It's not their fault But if there's a systemic issue with ITI then they have a duty themselves to report it to the FCA

I could say what would be the point John, the FCA are a complete joke and total waste of time, coming up to 5 months now since we were dumped with ITI and the FCA let ITI totally take the p*** out of us. FOS my wife has made a complaint to them which was acknowledged by them, but said it could be up to 4 months before they can investigate her claim. A little more faith in the FOS as they have sorted out problems for us in the past. Compliance Department, complete waste of time, they haven't even issued a final response letter to my wife after 10 weeks of her complaint, obviously missing the deadline of 8 weeks. Every other department at ITI are also an absolute disgrace, I finally received a reply to my e-mail asking why my wife's RDSA dividend has not been paid into her account, the due date was 21st September, only to be told they had passed my query on to the 'back office'. Well that is nice to know. The London Stock Exchange, I have had no dealing with them, so cannot make any comment.
