So my transfer has happened, only drawback is that it was just the holding in Qort account and not both as was supposed to happen. Am i surprised? Not in slightest. Going cut my loses, sell up and get out the **** show. Anyone advise best way to sell, over phone of Phoenix?0

So sorry to hear that shiznit, but not surprised with this totally incompetent excuse for a broker, you really do seem to be suffering more than most of us with your ITI 'experience'.shiznit76 said:So my transfer has happened, only drawback is that it was just the holding in Qort account and not both as was supposed to happen. As regards to trading, with my wife's account we used the telephone dealing service had a guy called Sanjeev who was brilliant, the second time the guy was OK, the third time a complete ignorant individual when we were trying to withdraw the money from my wife's account. If you go down the telephone dealing route, I would ask the trader to assist you in helping you withdraw your money, we did this with Sanjeev, who requested the withdrawal form, and the money was in my wife's account withing about 3 or 4 days if I remember correctly.
The best of luck!

Robhun : I made a formal Complaint to ITIC using their Complaints Procedure to comliance@iticapital.comWhat is ITIC's complaint procedure , I have written number of times to
compliance@iticapital.com but have never received reply. Is there a special form.to make complain.

did you have to email in another withdraw form or did the trader arrange it all for you?0
-
No special form as far as I know. I simply e-mailed them incorporating "Formal Complaint" in the heading then listing all my grievances. Failure to transfer money, failure to answer any correspondence, failure to engage with my chosen broker when I finally decided to transfer out etc. I supplied dates for all the points I brought up and had e-mails to prove it if required. I also told them that I had taken advice from the FOS (which I had) and was willing to take things further if I had to. You should also not be shy pointing out the anger, frustration and stress you have endured not to mention the time spent trying to rectify the situation.Nbs222 said:Robhun : I made a formal Complaint to ITIC using their Complaints Procedure to comliance@iticapital.comWhat is ITIC's complaint procedure , I have written number of times tocompliance@iticapital.com but have never received reply. They should reply to you within three days to acknowledge the complaint. In my case {Removed by Forum Team} (Complaints Handler) answered my e-mail within 48 hours. Hope this helps, good luck.1 -
Looking at Phoenix, looks easy enough to trade, and will also create a paper trail, how easy is it to withdraw money from it though? Have to go through the rigmarole of emailing cash withdraw form through to them still?0

Just had our weekly webchat with iWeb and no surprises there - no valuations yet received for the two transfer requests sent to ITI on 25 August and so again they have sent a chaser to ITI. According to iWeb, ITI have now employed more people to deal with the transfers (up from 1 to 2 perhaps!) so they are hoping valuations will soon appear......my money's on Christmas getting here first (and I hesitate to add a year to that!)

Finally got most of my isa transferred to iWeb just a US stock and cash that hasn't transferred, assume iweb take US stocks, do these and cash take longer or do I need to chase1
