I've had no statement from anyone (LC or ITI) regarding the various dividends of the last 12 months or so but the cash balance seems to be in the right ballpark.
edit - you will receive info on dividends for your non ISA accounts anytime soon via the consolidated tax voucher. Mine has just landed in my email.
You can get partial visibility of dividends received by Leonard Curtis on their portal.
That will cover dividends from August 2019 (6th onwards approx) until 18th may.
LC will provide you with a pdf file of everything they transferred dividend wise to ITi Capital after this date as they did batch transfers of money.

When you transfer to iWeb, you will transfer using 2 separate forms. On one you will specify that SCxxxx is a non-ISA and is to be transferred to your iWeb non-ISA account whilst SCyyyy is an ISA and is to be transferred to your iWeb ISA account.
Although we can't see it at the moment, ITI Capital know which accounts are ISAs.
(1) You initiate an ISA transfer by downloading an ISA form whilst in your iWeb ISA account.
(2)If you want to transfer your non-ISA, you go into your iWeb trading account and download the transfer form.

Although we can't see it at the moment, ITI Capital know which accounts are ISAs. They can, but only with difficulty and using a third screen. It requires a special check by them.

Has anyone else received another contact from a solicitor? I was telephoned a couple of weeks ago by someone from SJS who are apparently based in Liverpool trying to get me to sign up as I had been mis-sold something but she could not say what. Today I was called by a young man working for a "Leeds-based" firm, Oakwood solicitors. He has emailed me but was vague about what I have been mis-sold and all they want is my authority to act plus ID verification. Apparently the commission I paid was "too high" - I thought it was always SVS' flat rate of £20 for a recommendation. Then he said that SVS directors were directors of some of the companies and this is not allowed so he wants to seek compensation.
I am fed up of the whole thing. Nobody will tell me which stocks are apparently problematic, so I am concerned that this is akin to PPI claims and other spurious cold-calls. Thoughts welcome.
I am heartened to read of people ringing up and liquidating their portfolio and think this is the way to go. I did not ever trade myself as I simply don't have the time, energy, funds or inclination. Thank you for reading and I really hope the end of this whole fiasco is in sight. Now I have GCSE results to look forward to tomorrow; as a teacher, I am wondering which disaster is worse...!0 -
Yes I had a call from SJS a few weeks ago and then received a document to sign that would give them access to all my trading history and not just the advisory account - SJS claimed there was mis selling on the advisory account and that I can believe based on my losses !! However they spoke of a no win no fee arrangement and on investigation there were expenses not covered, combine that with the poor reviews on line and poor quality of the original email - I have so far decided to steer clear, however do agree there was mis selling as SVS often failed to state their margin on advisory products and in fact that they were clearly not advising in the clients best interests. If a recognised decent solicitor approached I may take a different view on progressing, but as of now with this whole fiasco already I'd steer clear....1

Thanks API45. Having also had the SJS call, I wonder if I'm on some kind of "suckers' list". I have just opened the document the guy today emailed me. They have my name and address on it, but I have never consented to them having this information so have asked where they got it from. I suspect LC but may be wrong. Not happy that it's being handed on - is this a GDPR breach?0

Madmel - I had a call with ITI and they confirmed they were in a partnership with such an outfit, and SJS in their document cover mentioned they had a profit share arrangement with ITI - so there's the origin - Yes GDPR I would think does come into play as we have provided no consent to my knowledge1
